Incredible, Inspiring Artwork
Year Eight’s and Year Eleven’s amazing artwork has been on display in the Grange Gallery in Rottingdean for the Schools Arts Festival. This was an exciting opportunity to showcase our very talented artists and the impressive, creative pieces they have produced.
There were four local schools involved in the gallery all around the theme ‘Into the Woods’.
Our students came up with two and three dimensional art, getting pupils involved with today’s multi-layered art scene.
The project was centred around the idea that pupils would be encouraged to develop their artistic potential and realise that ‘art galleries are not elitist, but accessible to all’.
