Young Chefs Club Comes to Longhill High School This February Half Term
Longhill High School is delighted to announce that we will be hosting the Young Chefs Club during the upcoming February Half Term. This exciting, hands‑on cooking experience is designed especially for young people who are eager to build confidence in the kitchen and discover the joy of preparing fresh, healthy food.
Founded from a passion for cooking and a desire to share that enthusiasm with children, Young Chefs Club offers practical, engaging classes for ages 8–13. Led by Grace and Busola, two talented food educators based in Brighton and Hove, the club focuses on teaching real cooking skills using fresh ingredients and simple, nutritious recipes.
At the heart of Young Chefs Club is a belief that children thrive when they’re given the chance to create. Classes are intentionally small and interactive, ensuring every child gets the opportunity to chop, mix, season, taste, and take pride in what they make. The menus are diverse, fun, and perfectly suited to little and growing hands.
