Be the Change – Year 9 Trip
The Curriculum and Standards Committee Meeting is where our governors come together to discuss and review our student progress. The committee considers the effectiveness of the schools curriculum and teaching and learning strategy. This meeting is open to governors only.
The Student Support and Community Cohesion Committee Meeting is where governors meet to discuss and agree matters relating to SMSC, Pupil Premium, Attendance, Pastoral Care and much more. This meeting is open to governors only.
The Health and Safety Committee Meeting is where our governors meet to walk around the school to conduct Health aand Safety checks. After the walk around, governors meet to discuss the Health and Safety practices at Longhill High School. This meeting is open to governors only.
Year 10 Drama Trip to see The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nightime at Picadilly Theatre, London.
Parents Evening provides parents and carers with the opportunity to meet their child’s teachers to gain a greater understanding of their progress and behaviour at school. This is a great opportunity to discuss the student’s successes and also if there is any further support or development needed. Please make your appointments on the portal.
