Introduction
A school place for your child in September 2024
Transferring to secondary school is an important and exciting time in a child’s life. It can be a time when both children and their parents/carers need support, advice, and information about the school admissions process.
The easiest way to make your application is through the Brighton & Hove City Council website. It automatically acknowledges receipt of your application. You will also receive immediate notification of the decision on your application by e-mail on National Offer Day – 1 March 2024.
Whichever school you decide to apply for, you should apply for a school place through the Brighton & Hove City Council website.
