Longhill at the East Brighton Parkrun
Last Saturday, some of Longhill High School’s community united to take on the East Brighton Parkrun. With dedicated participants and enthusiastic volunteers, the event encapsulated the spirit of Longhill’s commitment to living a healthy lifestyle.
A noteworthy highlight of the day was Remy’s inaugural run, where he not only participated but also secured the top position in his year group. Fellow student Brooke also showcased her commitment by volunteering. Her invaluable contribution included setting up the course and overseeing the smooth execution of the event.
Mr Ous and Ms Winfield, represented the school’s staff, demonstrating that age is no excuse when it comes to embracing an active lifestyle.
