Throughout the week, students developed a variety of important skills. Many improved their communication by interacting with colleagues and members of the public, while others strengthened their teamwork by contributing to group tasks and projects. Time management and punctuality were also key areas of growth, as students adapted to new routines and responsibilities. In addition, several placements encouraged problem-solving and independence, helping students to build confidence in unfamiliar settings.

The experience allowed students to step outside the classroom and apply their learning in real-life contexts. For some, it confirmed existing career interests, while for others it opened their eyes to new possibilities they had not previously considered. These photos captured during the week reflect their enthusiasm, engagement, and willingness to learn, highlighting a positive and rewarding experience for all involved.
