Blood Brothers – Theatre Trip

As part of the BTEC Performing Arts and BTEC Music courses, students are required to see Live Theatre Productions. We chosen to take them to see ‘Blood Brothers’ by Willy Russell performed at The Theatre Royal Brighton on Wednesday 4th October.

Blood Brothers revolves around twin boys (Mickey and Edward) who were separated at birth and brought up in completely different environments in the city. The play, set in the 1960s, during a period of huge changes in society and politics. Blood Brothers draws the audience’s attention to the detrimental effect that social inequality can have on people’s lives.

This promises to be an excellent visit and a superb experience for your child.
