Discover Creative Careers Month 2025

We’re excited to announce that on 25th November, Longhill High School is taking part in Discover Creative Careers Month 2025, a national initiative that shines a light on the diverse and exciting career pathways available across the creative industries. 

As part of our involvement, we’ll be hosting The Living Library – an inspiring project delivered by Future Creators as part of the Coastal Catalyst Project. 

The Living Library brings creative professionals directly into schools to share their journeys and experiences. Throughout the day, our students will have the unique opportunity to “borrow” a creative professional – like a living book – for short, interactive sessions. Through presentations, conversations, and Q&As, students will explore the real stories behind creative careers spanning design, digital media, theatre, film, heritage, and more. 

We’re proud to be part of a movement helping young people see the possibilities within the creative world – and maybe even spark a few future careers along the way!
